What I Did

Conducted extensive research into consumer behavior, market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities influencing the beauty and personal care industry. This included analyzing evolving consumer expectations around natural ingredients, sustainability, transparency, wellness, and premium brand experiences to better understand how these shifts would shape future purchasing decisions.

Synthesized research findings into strategic recommendations that informed a five-year marketing roadmap for the brand. Working alongside cross-functional teams, I helped identify opportunities to strengthen Fresh's long-term market position by aligning brand strategy with evolving consumer needs and industry trends.

Contributed to strategic recommendations spanning product positioning, packaging communication, digital marketing, sustainability messaging, and partnership opportunities. By connecting consumer insights with business objectives, I helped develop a more cohesive vision for how the brand could continue to differentiate itself within an increasingly competitive marketplace.

Throughout the project, I collaborated with stakeholders across marketing, product development, sustainability, finance, supply chain, and other business functions to ensure recommendations balanced consumer expectations with business priorities and long-term brand goals.
