What I Did

Content Strategy & Thought Leadership

To differentiate the school in a competitive market, I created the Charger Chronicle, a weekly thought-leadership publication focused on topics parents care about, including academic excellence, social-emotional development, faith formation, technology, creativity, and leadership. Beyond reporting school news, the Chronicle positioned the school as a trusted voice in education while reinforcing a brand narrative centered on joyful learning, community, and whole-child development.

Articles were optimized for SEO and repurposed across LinkedIn, Nextdoor, email marketing, and social media, creating a consistent cross-channel content strategy that increased visibility and extended the reach of every piece of content.

Social Media & Integrated Marketing

I transformed social media from an occasional communications channel into a strategic component of the school's marketing ecosystem. Through a consistent content calendar and storytelling approach, social media showcased classroom experiences, student achievements, school traditions, and community life while reinforcing the school's brand positioning.

Each channel was designed to support the others. Social content often inspired deeper Charger Chronicle stories, while Chronicle articles were repurposed into social posts, email campaigns, and community outreach. This integrated approach ensured prospective families encountered a consistent message across every touchpoint.

Events & Community Engagement

Recognizing that school selection is ultimately a relationship-driven decision, I complemented digital marketing efforts with a series of enrollment-focused events that allowed families to experience the community firsthand. These included open houses, tours, student shadow visits, webinars, parent information sessions, and preschool playdates.

By integrating event promotion, personalized follow-up, content marketing, and email nurturing, these experiences became powerful conversion opportunities that transformed awareness into meaningful connections with the school community.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion Optimization

To support prospective families throughout the admissions journey, I developed segmented email nurture campaigns, created conversion-focused landing pages and website content, established local community partnerships, optimized tour follow-up processes, and implemented analytics reporting to guide decision-making.

By integrating SEO, thought leadership, content marketing, social media, email marketing, event marketing, community outreach, customer journey mapping, and conversion optimization into a unified strategy, I helped create a more predictable enrollment pipeline while strengthening the school's visibility and brand presence.
